Our Client, an Equal Opportunity Hospital in Gauteng is seeking to appoint Human Resources Information Practitioner X 2. The Human Resources Information Practitioner is accountable for compiling, processing and reconciling employee payroll data aligned to audit requirements. The incumbent is responsible for computing and posting of salary related data including all earnings and deductions and will be involved in full range reporting and payroll data analysis. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : Matric HR/Payroll related qualification would be an advantage 2 3 years payroll experience essential Above average computer literacy skills Good understanding of HR policies and processes Good understanding of hands-on processes and the components of variable pay Remuneration management and HR process exposure advantageous NON-MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES : Managing work: Managing ones time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently. Building Customer Loyalty: Effectively meeting customer needs, building productive customer relationships, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. Adaptability: Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment.
